Support Groups

Acacia Adult Day Services offers the following support groups on a monthly basis at 11391 Acacia Parkway, Garden Grove. All support groups are free of charge.

Soup and Support – For All Caregivers

• 4th Tuesday of every month, 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
• Facilitator: Jan Brooks, MSW
• Open to all caregivers

Vietnamese Caregivers

• 3rd Tuesday of every month, 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
• Facilitators: Pauline Le, MSW and Kristine Diep Ho, BSW
• Open to all Vietnamese-speaking caregivers
• Co-sponsored by the Orange Caregiver Resource Center

Alzheimer’s Support Group

• At Valley View Gardens, 11848 Valley View St., Garden Grove, CA (714) 895-9898
• 3rd Wednesday of every month
• 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Facilitator: Judy Dickinson>
• Co-sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association, Orange County and Valley View Gardens

• 3rd Wednesday of every month
• 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Facilitator: Peggy Carroll, MSW and Jessica Cimarusti
• Co-sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association, Orange County and the Cypress Senior Center
